Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please contact us at orders@balanced-graphics.com
and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we can only exchange items that are in stock. If the item you want to exchange is not in stock, we will issue you a refund instead.
